Dr. Guillermo Aranda-Mena, a current visiting professor at Politecnico di Milano, UNESCO Architecture Chair in Mantova, lays out his schematics of dreaming up a better Singapore at HIGHLIGHT Art Gallery.

Having worked as a visionary in his field across 4 continents for 20 years, Dr. Guillermo Aranda-Mena has collaborated with universities such as Stanford University (California), TU Delft, and the National University of Singapore, with over 100 academic publications. He specialises in top-down urban planning, sustainable management, and design and architecture.
